"i’ve ordered from Mens Wearhouse a few..."
i’ve ordered from Mens Wearhouse a few times now, and it’s been a easy experience overall. stuff usually shows up when it’s supposed to, and the sizing has been close enough for me most of the time.
i feel better buying shirts and dress pants from them than taking a chance on some random online shop. i did have to return one thing once, and it was handled without much back and forth.
it’s not the cheapest place, and some items feel a little overpriced. but it’s dependable, and i’d probably order from them again when i need something for work or a nicer event.

"Horrible salespeople and service"
All there stores are terrible, I had the worst service at the Fort Myers location, terrible employees and service, I managed upper end men's stores for 30 years and I'd fire every employee at that location, most uninformed staff I've ever had the displeasure to work with.

I went in to look for a suit, and they did mention a few add-ons, but it never felt like they were trying to pressure me. Saying no was totally fine, which made the whole thing feel relaxed. it was a lot better than some places where.....

"Quick visit, but felt a little brushed off"
I had an appointment at Men's Wearhouse and expected to be waiting around for a bit, but they actually took me in pretty much right away. The guy helping me was quick and kept things moving, which I appreciated, but at times I felt a little dismissed, like my questions or preferences weren’t really being taken that seriously. I wasn’t necessarily rushed, but the whole thing felt more like they were trying to get me in and out than actually help me through it. Still, the visit was easy and I was out faster than I thought.

"Billing was mostly okay, just a little confusing at first"
I paid while I was checking things off my to-do list that morning, and the payment did go through fine. The only thing was the charge looked a bit off at first, so I had to double-check it before feeling sure everything was okay

"Really smooth order this time"
I just ordered a shirt and tie online, this recent experience was great. The sizing ended up being right, checkout took no time at all, and it arrived earlier than I expected. No problems on my end, so based on this order, I’d definitely shop here again.

"Easy exchange, just a bit slow"
I had to swap a shirt for a bigger size, and overall it was straightforward. The staff was helpful and got me taken care of, even though the process took a little longer than I was hoping. It all worked out in the end, so I’d say it’s a decent spot if you need help with an exchange.

What more could you ask for? The fit was great, the custom ordering process was simple, and it came in quickly too. I was really happy with how everything turned out.

There was quite a lot to choose from, which was nice. I found myself wandering around a bit because there were so many options, but a few of the sizes I wanted were already gone. Still, I managed to find some decent stuff, just not everything I had in mind

"Good quality, but not perfect"
The suit feels solid overall, and the fabric is nicer than I expected for the price. It has a good weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap. That said, the fit wasn’t perfect right out of the box and might need a little tailoring to look really sharp. Still, I’m mostly happy with it.

"So convenient when I was already drained"
This store is right by my work, so I was able to stop in during my lunch break without making a whole trip out of it. I was feeling mentally drained that day, so not having to drive across town was a big relief. Parking was easy too, which made everything feel way less stressful. Super convenient location overall.

"The rewards finally did something useful"
I’ve been buying suits and shirts from here for years, i didn’t think much of the rewards points at first. You know how those programs usually are — they make it sound like you’re getting a big deal, then you save like $2 after spending a small fortune. But these points actually added up fast. I used a coupon on my last order and ended up saving way more than I expected. So yeah, credit where it’s due, I’m happy with it.

I usually end up wandering around stores feeling like nothing is where it should be, so it was nice for once to walk into a clean place where the shirts were actually easy to find. Everything was organized, which made the whole trip way less frustrating than I expected.

"Really solid tailoring experience"
I brought in a suit I’d bought online because the sleeves and pants were not even close to fitting right, which is always the gamble with ordering suits online, I guess. The tailor at Men’s Wearhouse pinned everything quickly, but what I appreciated most was that he actually listened when I said I didn’t want the fit to be too tight. Picked it up a few days later it looked right on. The hems were clean, the jacket sat much better, and there wasn’t any weird pulling anywhere. Price felt fair too, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out
